These terms cover the OrthoDocs text-messaging program only. Use of the OrthoDocs platform by a practice is governed by the OrthoDocs Terms of Service.

OrthoDocs sends SMS messages related to:

• scheduling

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from OrthoDocs through one or more of the following methods:

• submitting a website referral or scheduling form
• submitting a mobile form accessed through a QR code
• optionally, replying START, YES, or UNSTOP to re-opt-in after a previous opt-out

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.
